Take Care of Yourself


As life becomes busier we need to take care of ourselves.  I see clients everyday who are so busy, they no longer have time to ‘hear’ their own bodies.  Their bodies are screaming at them, alerting them that something is wrong.  A body’s scream sounds something like this:  it makes you feel pain, restricts movement, gives you a headache, you may suffer from insomnia or fatigue, upsets your digestive system and a hundred other small signs and symptoms that simply go unnoticed.  We just fail to ‘hear’ them.

What might you hear if you take the time to listen?
